Yes - NRG makes a "Telus only" version of the CDMA iPack for use in Canada.  See: http://www.nrgsystems.com/sitecore/content/Products/4224.aspx?pf=SymphonieCommunicationModules

UPDATE: All CDMA iPacks shipped after June 3, 2010 are compatible with the TELUS and Bell Canada networks with WindLinx service.  All of these iPacks (serial number starting 3861) are initiallized at NRG for use with WindLinx and are ready to go anywhere in North America.

The TELUS-only iPack (serial number starting 4222) will continue to work on the TELUS network.
