I cannot find these values to program into the data logger...does somebody know?

For future reference, the IceFree3 Vane (FG2442) and 200P have the same offset and slope values:

slope: 0.351
offset: 0 (based on orientation of boom)

This slope value has to do with the A/D converter of the logger.  The 0.351 slope is based on the Symphonie logger's 10-bit A/D converter. More info here:
