I have five Hall effect anemometers (purchased in September 2008) that have not been used. Can I return these units for a replacement with the new vibratory free model?
Please contact NRG Technical Support for a Return Authorization number, and we'll get those replaced for you.
THis will depend on their policies the best thing you could do now is to ask their customer service
