I have noticed there is very little documentation on the scripting capabilities for these programs.  Can you please provide a list of commands along with their function for scripting SDR and POPAUTO. 

I have found reference to /S and /i commands used with SDR.  I have used these successfully, but I would like to programmatically make SDR do exports of the site databases after I use /i to update them.  Is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to automate exports from SDR.
