I allready try with 3 different usb to serial cables, and 2 different computers. I have a usb to serial cable with a male db9 to male db25 converter. I need to change the email account and the sim card in the ipack but i can't connect to the unit. Any help would be appreciated. Tks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Julia Austin Posted October 20, 2009 Report Share Posted October 20, 2009 Are you trying to connect with a serial cable or an AT MODEM cable? The iPack must be connected using an AT MODEM cable. However, it sounds like you should probably give us a call for assistance with the rest of this. You will need to actually open up the iPack in order to change the SIM card.
