  • Difficulty in sending APN to GSM iPack

    If you encounter difficulty in sending the APN (Access Point Name) to your GSM iPack, try closing SDR, reopening it, and then try sending again. This usually resolves the problem. If not, contact NRG Tech Support for assistance.
