  3. thanks for your message! the best way to diagnose what may be happening will be to send the RWD files in question to support@nrgsystems.com. the Tech Services team can take a look to see what might be going on. i can see from the screenshot that the file was pulled from the SD card directly (hardware rev ends in '000'). did the file send via email as well?
  4. Hi technical support, I received some raw wind data from one of our sites by GSM. When I tried to open the file, the logger timestamp is incorrect . When i use the troubleshooting to fix this problem, changed the timestamp to 02/07/2014, every file Raw in site 0703 has changed logger timestamp to 02/07/21014. i can't change the timestamps for each file. Thank you in advance for any help.
  5. It appears that you are working with exported data files from a SymphoniePLUS3 or older logger. The files the logger creates are in RWD format - a proprietary binary encoded file. The data in these files is stored as raw counts and pulses; unscaled. At the time of export, the data is scaled. it may be scaled per the logger settings (stored in the file) or scaled using settings in the Site file. The information in the header of the exported data, as you show in your original post, indicates how the sensor was scaled at the time of export. If you wish to change the scaling of the data in the export, the best approach is to: Change the scaling for the desired channels in the Site file Re-import the RWD files Re-export the data to TXT using the updated settings. More information can be found in the SymphoniePLUS3 manual, starting on page 96: https://www.nrgsystems.com/assets/resources/SymphoniePLUS3-Data-Logger-Manual.pdf
  6. Dear all, I have confusion regarding the scale factor in Symphonie Anemometer. Following is the sensor information I have got from my data logger : Sensor Information----- Channel # 1 Type 1 Description NRG #40 Anem. m/s Details Serial Number SN:50m 1 Height 50 m Scale Factor 0.758 Offset 0.44 Units m/s What is the use of scale factor during the data analysis? Can we use the retrieved data directly for further analysis like Weilbull Construction or do we need to use the scale factor ( multiply or divide the measured data ) before the further analysis? Waiting for reply.
  7. Hello Erwan, Thank you for your message. What do you see after importing the data files into Symphonie Data Retriever and then pressing Events? The Event log should show if its the SD card (MMC Card Failure) or if it's the logger itself is having issues (Reboots). My suggestion would be to try a new SD card and see if that helps. Feel free to send the last week's worth of data files to us at support@nrgsystems.com. Thank you, Pearse
  8. Hello, When i want to open my files this message appears: "bad or unssupportated loger model". I did all the procedure of this web page but i did'nt succeed to format my SD card like it, i just put in the card slot and the card statu's is "card inserted". Sometimes i receive iPackGPS.RWD files and sometimes 059720190115002 (for example) files but just of 2ko. Do you think the problem comes from the SD card ?
  9. Hello HuQin, Thank you for your message. Since the upgrade of our website, the apnote can be found here: https://www.nrgsystems.com/assets/resources/Automation-of-SDR-AppNote.pdf If you would prefer to convert using the settings in the file (rather than an NSD site file) use the /q option, like: ``` SDR.exe /q 043420160309550.RWD ``` If your file has a PIN, use the /z option: ``` SDR.exe /z 1234 043420160309550.RWD ``` Cheers, Dave
  10. it seems that long time nobody ask for nrg automation. ANSymphonieAutomate.pdf can't find anywhere. I find some script command like /S /i,but no script for password. when i use /s , sdr ask for a existing nsd file. Is there any script like /s ,but doesn't need existing nsd file ,and can setting encrypt code. Thanks.
  11. Can temperature be a factor in drag or vibratory mode?
