AT&T Plans for GSM iPacks

Recommended Posts

NRG's GSM iPack uses a GPRS connection to send data files.  This application does not require voice service, but does require a low volume data plan (approximately 5 MB/month).

During a recent conversation with an AT&T representative, he mentioned two plans that fit this criteria.  You may want to mention these when setting up an account with AT&T:

  1. "10MB Plan for PDAs" - $20/month

  2. "Unlimited data for regular phone w/out voice service" - $15

I know of many customers using option 1 above, but do not know of any who have tried to setup using option 2.
