Pop mail extractor - unable to establish connection

Hi,

I am unable to connect to gmx account using PopAuto program.  I get the following errors:

Connection timed out

Error connecting to "***.***.com"

My settings are correct. When I click  on Check my Mail button, I get the above error. The connection to gmx account is not established. Do I need to do anything else on my server? My windows firewall is turned off as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
