Julia Austin Posted June 12, 2009 Report Share Posted June 12, 2009 If your satellite iPack returns an internet error 072, it typically means there is an error in the "Sender's Email Address" field in your iPack's *.ipk file. The Sender's Email Address field must be filled in with the account number (typically this is identical to the numbers in the Mailbox Name field), followed by "@michrosat.com".
