Connection Problems

I been trying to connect to the ipack for a few days with no luck.

I allready try with 3 different usb to serial cables, and 2 different computers.

I have a usb to serial cable with a male db9 to male db25 converter.

I need to change the email account and the sim card in the ipack but i can't connect to the unit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to connect with a serial cable or an AT MODEM cable?  The iPack must be connected using an AT MODEM cable.  However, it sounds like you should probably give us a call for assistance with the rest of this.  You will need to actually open up the iPack in order to change the SIM card.
