When I tried to open the file, the logger timestamp is incorrect . When i use the troubleshooting to fix this problem, changed the timestamp to 02/07/2014, every file Raw in site 0703 has changed logger timestamp to 02/07/21014. i can't change the timestamps for each file. David Carlson Posted August 5, 2019 Report Share Posted August 5, 2019 thanks for your message! the best way to diagnose what may be happening will be to send the RWD files in question to support@nrgsystems.com. the Tech Services team can take a look to see what might be going on. i can see from the screenshot that the file was pulled from the SD card directly (hardware rev ends in '000'). did the file send via email as well?
