Pispas
Hi, Which is the function of the three drill holes in the front of the IceFree III wind vane?. Is it necessary to balance the center of gravity of the vane on its vertical axis? Thanks all.
David Carlson
You are correct. The holes on the underside of IceFree vane heads are for balancing. 200P vane heads also allow for balancing under the aluminum nose cone.
Pispas
Thank you very much. We have another question. Some wind generators has turbulences in the Nacelle and the wind vanes rotates nonstop. Can We solve this problem by balancing the wind vane? Thanks.
