David Carlson
Generally, when a logger resets its clock back to a previous date it reverts to the release date of the firmware revision. When this happens it is almost always as the result of a very strong electrostatic discharge (ESD) event. Check the event log ( site > view event log ) present in the RWD files before and after when the time change occurred. You will likely either see a reboot event, or you will find that the RWD file stops abruptly and the next file has an older date. If subsequent attempts to set the logge's clock to the correct time do not work it is likely that the ESD event damaged the logger. If this is the case, please contact your dealer directly for an RMA to have the logger checked out.
