vinhquyen
Hello All, Can the logger get specific PIN for coding the data to ensure confidentiality of data (we will change the access pin once the mast has been tested and commissioned on the site) Thank you, vinhquyen
Drew Lepple
Hello- Thank you for your question. Yes, the logger can add a specific PIN for coding the data to ensure security and confidentiality of the data. To set the PIN code on the logger -Press [Home] [4-settings] [3-logger settings] use the down arrow and press [6-data encryption PIN] [enter 4 digit PIN to enable] *make sure you keep record of your PIN so when you access your data through Symphonie Data Retriever, you will be able to view it correctly. raquel.albuquerque
Is there any way to break this PIN? Someone added a PIN in our mast and we can't visualize our data. We already made a criminal complaint, but we cant loose these files.

MaxSchewe
Hi, I have a Symphonie Plus 15-channel data logger and when I try to activate the data encryption it asks me for a PIN code that I've never set before. I'd like to have a contact email so we can figure this out. Thanks!
