    Hello Allan, I'm sorry to hear that nothing has helped. What are the serial numbers of the iPacks? Can you send me the last weeks worth of sent data files from the iPack that was in the feild before it was brought in and stopped working? Please send the files to support@rnrgsystems.com.     Hi Pearse, Thanks for the advice. I've reset the logger as described in point one but still nothing is showing. I've taken the battery out the iPack and charged this using a standard 12v battery charges which indicates that the battery is fully charged.
